Regester Construction & Realty provides services for residential properties throughout Woodland Park, Breckenridge, and the surrounding mountain areas of Teller, Park, and Summit counties.
Lori K. Regester, Owner, has been around Real Estate sales and Construction her whole life, and is passionate about building homes. For the past 16 years, Regester Construction and Team, have created a solid reputation based on our commitment to quality craftsmanship and our unique, hands-on approach to building.
David Regester, Lori's husband of 30 years, is Job Supervisor, and has been in involved in all phases of the construction industry for over 30 years. With the expertise of Lori and David you will have everything you could ask for in getting your dream home built.
Cari Rutter, Lori's sister is our Office Manager. She also has been in and around the construction business most of her life. She brings humor and creativity to the workplace, and is here to help in any aspects of the businesses that she is needed.
Bill and Jeff Smith, Father and Brother of Lori, are also General Contractors, and together have over 75 years of experience. They are also an integral part of Regester Construction, and have teamed up on numerous projects.
Additionally, Regester Construction believes in giving back to the community, and is an active participant in the Habitat for Humanity Program, as well as a member of the Teller & Summit County Home Builders Association, and a member in good standing with the Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce.
